Our Team

Rat-Pack stands for two things – Friendship & Loyalty. The term originally used in the early 50′s to describe the clan that Humphrey Bogart led. The ‘Pack’ was an assembly of diverse talents. They did not conform. They did not try to impress. They always surprised. They did things their own way.

This ‘Own way’ philosophy is what drives Rat-Pack Productions. Rat-Pack is not just about a few individuals. It’s an attitude, a movement, a philosophy.

ZAKI CHINDÉ (ZAK)

Zak is an award-winning filmmaker, producer, and director with over two decades of experience across India and the United States, working extensively in advertising and film. As the Founder of Ratpack Productions, he has led the execution of more than 100 TV commercials, music videos, corporate films, and branded stories, shaping the visual identity of some of India’s most iconic brands. His work includes high-impact campaigns for Unilever, Beiersdorf AG, ITC, Marico, Godrej, Reckitt Benckiser, McEnroe, Wipro, and Mankind Pharma, delivered across multiple markets and languages.

With a deep understanding of global cultural dynamics and a professional network spanning the United States, Europe, and Asia, Zak brings a cinematic approach to storytelling that balances emotional resonance with visual precision. This sensibility has made him a trusted collaborator for leading agencies including Ogilvy, Lowe Lintas, Publicis, McCann Erickson, BBH, DDB Worldwide, and Draft FCB.

A recognized launch-campaign specialist, Zak has guided brands from creative ideation through execution while mentoring teams and leading productions across diverse cultural and production environments.

Currently, Zak is working on two Indo-U.S. long-format projects — The Pharaoh of Pharma, a dramatic nonfiction feature centered on a real-life whistleblower, and One Language, Many Worlds, a four-part poetic docu-series exploring the shared literary history of India, Pakistan, and Iran through a contemporary global lens.

His contributions to filmmaking have been recognized with prestigious accolades, including the Golden Conch Award for Best Short Film at the Mumbai International Film Festival.

Under Zak’s leadership, Ratpack Productions continues to expand its presence across India and the United States, creating cinematic long-format content and TV commercials that connect with audiences worldwide.

SHRADHA KULKARNI

Shradha has been with Rat-Pack Productions as a Partner Producer since it was founded in 2012. Her widespread and diverse producing experience of over 20 years across mediums has seen her produce TV Commercials for agencies and clients like Ogilvy, DDB Worldwide, Draft FCB, Unilever, Marico, Wipro, and path breaking TV shows like ‘Movers & Shakers’ and ‘Jassi jaissi koi nahin’. She has also successfully headed a subsidiary company with UTV and is working towards mounting feature film projects.

Her forte lies in her focus on delivering high production values and bringing the best talent to the table within budgets. Her unique and clear understanding helps to act as a creative liaison between the Agency – Client and the Director to bring out more than what is desired. She is adept at managing the Rat-Pack ‘Clan’ consisting of multiple Directors that work under the umbrella production house. Her multi-tasking abilities has given her the nickname ‘Den Mother’.

PRAMOD SUVARNA

Pramod is a cinema afficianado unlike most of his creed. His favourite genre is crime, especially films based on bank heist, money laundering, basically anything to do with money. Having 15 years of accounting experience , he still wonders why do the deals go wrong in movies but not under his supervision. He decides to pay or not depending on weather you have submitted your bill or not.
